  • 60 grams of Arugula
  • 30 grams of Olive oil
  • 30 grams of Goat cheese

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Stir for 3-4 minutes with a fork

Blurb:

This recipe is fast and simple. It’s just three ingredients and one bowl. I use this a lot when I’m not sure what to make for lunch. Keep in mind that stirring it will crush the Arugula and make it smaller, so you should start with a large bowl.
