Ingredients:

  • 35 grams of canned Tuna
  • 50 grams of Mayonnaise
  • 5 grams of Olive Oil
  • 13 grams of Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 gram (1/2 teaspoon) of Paprika

Instructions:

  1. With a fork, thoroughly mix together 35 grams of Canned Tuna, 50 grams of Mayonnaise, and 5 grams of Olive Oil.
  2. Get a medium sized, 13 gram leaf of Iceberg Lettuce and measure it on a scale. If it is more or less than 13 grams, tear off or add pieces of lettuce until it is right.
  3. Carefully put the tuna salad mixture into each lettuce cup. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika (1 gram / 1/2 teaspoon) on top.

Blurb:

Make sure your hands are well washed, because this finger food is bound to get all over your hands and face when the tuna salad spills out the sides of the lettuce wrap. It isn’t entirely a finger food though, since you’ll need a spoon to scoop up all the tuna salad that falls out on your plate. Unless you’d rather throw table manners to the wind and just lick the plate. If all this mess bothers you, you could choose to tear up the lettuce and mix it all up in a bowl instead of doing a wrap.
